Tandem College is the creation of Paul Duffy and Suzi Noakes. The catalyst for Tandem was a desire to improve the level of customer service linked to skills in the hospitality industry. We strive to continually improve our level of service to existing clients and now offer our proven Service Excellence programs to all industries whom have service excellence as a business priority.

 

Tandem College is registered with the NSW Vocational, Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB). We offer accredited training that is internationally recognised

Background

 

Paul is the managing director having worked at managerial level in the service industry whilst training with a number of Australian registered training providers before moving to training full time. Prior to starting the registered training organisation Tandem College, he gained experience in various operational and managerial service industry positions. These included positions in Australia, Switzerland, Israel, England and Tanzania. He has qualifications in management and adult education.

 

Suzi has worked extensively in the corporate sector in Australia holding a variety of managerial positions, as a corporate trainer and has worked and travelled extensively in Africa. She currently is responsible for the college administration, marketing and public relations. She has qualifications in adult education and management.

 

The College workplace trainers, assessors and coaches are qualified in adult education and have various business qualifications. They have diverse backgrounds, having worked in different positions prior to choosing their current roles. This ensures their contact with people is motivational and informative and that the time spent at your business is relevant and specific to your needs
