Club, Pub, Hotel Employee’s traineeship program
Kickstart is a work based traineeship program for existing staff. Dependant on your employee’s rostered hours and participation in the program, it can take up to two years to complete. You may have completed some of the modules listed below and this may entitle you to recognition of prior learning (RPL).
Training is conducted at the workplace during rostered hours and employees will be required to complete written tasks and assessments in their own time as part of the traineeship program. The workload will be dependant on employee’s previous experience and ability to complete the tasks.
The commonwealth in an effort to upskill the workforce, fund the program and we at Tandem do the training and co-ordination of the program.
