MANAGEMENT SERVICES …………more than training………..
The Management Services division of Tandem College offers businesses integrated management training targeted towards all management levels. Dependant on the organisations shape and culture we can deliver powerful and effective management strategies in the one program or offer separate programs for different levels within your staff structure. The training and coaching is interactive, engaging and thoroughly rewarding for todays dynamic manager.
We will work with you to develop the best program outcomes to meet your organisational requirements. We then develop and deliver a program that achieves your desired results.
All our programs are delivered at the workplace for your management team. Alternate venues can be arranged.
Middle Management
Supervisory Success is a program for middle managers including team leaders and supervisors. It will assist your middle managers in effectively achieving the executive’s organisational goals through positive leadership in the workplace. The program focuses on strong leadership and communication skills and how participants can apply these skills to their style of leadership in the workplace.
Hands on Management
Senior managers will develop skills relevant to their responsibilities to assist them in achieving departmental and organisational goals. This internally focused program ensures assessment is aligned to the needs of the business. This process assists managers professionally and personally and will ensure you achieve the best from your management team. As with all of our programs it is offered in house wherever possible and is dedicated to your organisational requirements utilising the latest management professional development techniques and information.
Coaching
Is life/work too hectic or do managers feel over trained? Coaching is a great alternative as it sharpens the skills of leaders in an unobtrusive manner. It is encouraging and motivational and enables you to develop your leadership team through a personal and individual process. The coaching program is developed in consultation with the executive, the middle or senior manager and the College. Clear objectives are defined, a timetable of coaching sessions arranged and a remarkable journey begins.
Leadership Progams
